My cruise on Celebrity's Eclipse was lovely.It met all my expectations.Staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was terrific. Had dinner at Tuscan and it was outstanding.

We had sailed 3 times previously with Celebrity the last 12 yrs ago. Had loved it. Unfortunately it’s not what it was. We were nickel & dimed, public space on Eclipse is not enough when weather keeps everyone inside, 10 minutes to find a table in buffet for lunch! Previously felt valued and pampered-not this time! charged a 20% gratuity on top of $10 for 2 bottles of water! Ridiculous! The staff is so over worked they could barely speak to you! Felt sorry for them. The constant upselling prior to and during the cruise wears very thin. Clearly looking to service younger, hard drinking gambling passengers. Lost count of the number of times somebody said they would never sail again with Celebrity! Ans we are among that group!
